Four Week Beginners Yoga Course
Embark on a transformative yoga journey with Vanessa as your guide. In this foundational course you’ll explore the basics of yoga at a comfortable pace, trusting your body and honouring its unique needs.
The breath is the heartbeat of our practice, guiding movements and poses to cultivate harmony within your entire being - mind, body, and soul. As you flow through each class, your’ll discover a profound sense of balance and connection.
Vanessa will provide you with a simple, adaptable template to inform your home practice, offering personalised support whenever you need it. Our approach is gentle and non- competitive, emphasising self awareness and inner listening.
As you complete this course, you’ll gain a solid foundation in yoga and a clearer understanding of yoga.

Mats are provided, if need. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a drink bottle and to be cozy for relaxation bring a throw or blanket. Comfortable room with good heating.

If Vanessa is unable to teach due to sickness, course dates will be adjusted to accommodate her recovery. Every effort will be made to minimise disruptions to the course schedule.

The Students finish the series with practical tools and knowledge that support them to :

During the Programme students are supported with a comprehensive video library and a workbook to help them continue their personal daily practice.
